**Job description**

**Position**:Advocate**
**Qualification**: B.A/ B. Com, L.L.B
**Experience** Minimum 2 to 4 yrs
**Preferred experience**: Construction Field/ Civil matters

**Job Profile**:

- Attending District court matters, Registrar office, Collector Office, Tahsildar Office, Circle office, Hearings.
- Capable of liasoning with the departments eg. High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Court, Tax authorities, etc.
- Co-ordination and communication with Sr. Advocate regarding the legal issues & all paper work.
- Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, maintain client confidentiality, and keep clients informed about all ongoing proceedings.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Internet is needed.
- Good working knowledge of English and Marathi.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with local authorities with knowledge of Marathi preferable.
- Ready to travel out of station for official works.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
