Job Description: Advocate

**Responsibilities**:
1. Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals.

2. Provide legal advice to clients on various matters, such as legal rights, obligations, and strategies.

3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and legal opinions.

4. Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and briefs.

5. Interview clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence.

6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the effective management of cases.

7. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

8. Stay updated on changes in the law, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact client cases.

9. Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

10. Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files and documentation.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution. A master's degree or specialization in a specific area of law is preferred.

2. Admission to the bar association and valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction.

3. Proven experience as an Advocate or similar role, with a successful track record of representing clients in legal proceedings.

4. In-depth knowledge of the law, legal procedures, and regulations relevant to the jurisdiction.

5. Strong analytical and research skills to effectively evaluate cases and develop legal strategies.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills to present arguments, negotiate, and draft legal documents.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously with strict deadlines.

8. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

9. Proficiency in using legal research databases, case management software, and other relevant tools.

10. High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Experience:

- 5yrs & Above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
