**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Act as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows.
- **On-Site Management**: Supervise and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment on project progress.
- **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify potential challenges or delays and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, progress reports, and any change requests for future reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing corporate and residential interior projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and interior design principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time
