**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Admission Process**:
- Assist in the admission process by collecting necessary information from patients or their caregivers.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and medical records to ensure accuracy.
- **Billing and Charge Calculation**:
- Calculate charges for various hospital services including room accommodation, treatments, surgeries, medications, and other medical supplies.
- Ensure charges are accurately entered into the hospital billing system.
- **Insurance Verification**:
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for admitted patients.
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations or approvals as needed.
- **Billing Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit billing statements to patients or insurance companies.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- **Payment Collection**:
- Coordinate payment collection from patients, insurance companies, or third-party payers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- **Patient Communication**:
- Address patient inquiries related to billing, charges, and insurance coverage.
- Provide clarification on hospital billing policies and procedures.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and financial interactions.
- Generate reports on billing activities, outstanding accounts, and revenue collections.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, billing regulations, and healthcare laws (such as HIPAA).
- Stay updated on changes in insurance billing practices and regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
