Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks, handling accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable**:_
- Process and record customer invoices and payments using QuickBooks.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and send customer statements and reminders.
- **Accounts Payable**:_
- Process and record clients invoices and payments.
- Verify and reconcile client statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Prepare and execute payments according to company policies.
- **QuickBooks Management**:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- **Administrative Support**:_
- Assist with data entry and financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:_6 months to 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks and a basic understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- **Skills**:_ Proficiency in QuickBooks, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- **Education**:_ High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- **Attributes**_: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
