Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in Mohali district. The Freight Broker will handle day-to-day tasks including coordinating with carriers, managing freight shipments, offering exceptional customer service, dispatching, and managing accounts. The role entails liaising between shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.

  • Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
  • Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Dispatching skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
