**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight brokers, Team lead. The Team lead will be responsible for tasks such as freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The Team lead will also need to effectively manage and oversee the brokerage operations and ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.

**Qualifications**
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Experience in dispatching and managing shipments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
