Purchase Executive

Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for better pricing and product quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure a robust vendor base.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to resolve disputes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate purchase orders based on inventory requirements and procurement plans.
- Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Review and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder items to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure adherence to budgets while achieving cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts and purchase orders.
- Work closely with departments such as operations, finance, and logistics to align purchases with business needs.
- Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
