**Job Title: Civil Purchase Executive**

**Experience**: 3 to 8 yrs

**Qualification**: B.E in Civil & SAP ERP

**Job Location** : Airoli ,Navi Mumbai.

**Salary Range** : 25K to 35K Gross Monthly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for various infrastructure projects.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to meet material needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new products.
- Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure timely payments and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance for management review.
- Handle any discrepancies or issues related to orders and shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**SAP ERP Software is compulsory for this JOB.**
- 3 to 8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
