Meet and exceed sales targets for fire and safety products.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on fire safety products, industry trends, and regulations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records in CRM and submit sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or engineering is preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in field sales (preferably in fire safety or industrial equipment).
- **Skills**: Sales expertise, strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with fire safety products and regulations.
- **Tools**: CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office.
- **Other**: Valid driver’s license; fire safety certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
