- 8+Years’ experience in Exchange 2016 Hybrid infrastructure, Multiple AD Forest and Exchange Organisations.
- 8+years in messaging domain
- 3+years of experience in office 365
- 5+ years’ experience in Skype for business 2015 on premises
- +2 years’ experience in Ciosc IronPort.
- Experience on Enterprise vault administration
- ADFS, Maas 360 MDM Solution
- Microsoft Intune
- PowerShell Scripting

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Working knowledge on incident & Problem management
- Interact with Vendor Support for escalated issues and work towards permanent resolution
- Creation of SOPs and process documents
- Good team player and able to guide /mentor junior team members

Good communication skills written and verbal

Pay: ₹950,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
