**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Process**:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- **Coordination**:

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Assist with employee onboarding and ensure the process is carried out smoothly.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for various roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional HR certification
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
