**Recruitment Specialist**

Work From Home (Remote)
2nd & 4th Saturday Off | 12 Paid Leaves/Year

Full-time | **Immediate Joiner Preferred**

**Experience**:1 to 3 yrs in recruitment
**Salary: Up to ₹2.4 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple positions (IT & Non-IT)
- Source profiles through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain recruitment MIS and timely reporting of hiring progress

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions with varying requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking tools

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in **IT hiring**:

- Familiarity with **Construction industry hiring**:

- **Immediate joiners** will be given preference
