The primary purpose of the job is to call prospects and set and confirm quality appointments for our local sales associates to visit or virtually meet the potential clients. The Appointment Setter will be a remote position. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in maximizing earning potential. The job offers a base pay plus commission opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Use a proper methodology to set client appointments for multiple service baskets we offer.
- Develop a relationship and connect with the client to set up an appointment
- You will be doing outbound calling and setting appointments daily

Minimum Qualifications:

- Outbound Appointment Setting: 2+ years
- Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills
- Self-driven
- Ability to guide the clients through the sales process and answer questions
- Ability to go above and beyond to set quality appointments
- Passion to maximize earning potential with added commission opportunity

Minimum Education:

- Undergraduate
