As a Call Center Sales Executive for our online tyre portal, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Generation**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, including individuals, businesses, and automotive service centres.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present and sell a range of tyres to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and tailored tyre solutions.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the best products.
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Product Knowledge and Presentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tyre specifications, performance characteristics, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, conducting product demonstrations and consultations over the phone.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

**Handling Objections and Closing Sales**:

- Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing clear and persuasive responses.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
- Ensure smooth handover of customers to the order fulfilment and customer service teams.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other sales team members to share best practices and support overall team objectives.

**Desired Skills**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional education or certifications in sales, will be a plus.
- Proven experience in call center sales or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the tyre industry or automotive sector.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to handle objections and challenges effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
