Job Designation: Resort Admin/Sales

Job Location: Nashik

**Salary**: 25,000 - 35,000

Experience: Min 2 - 3 years of experience as admin and sales executive or similar profile in resort/hotel property

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with reservation systems or CRM software preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.

Profile Introduction:
Profile Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the resort management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and activities hosted at the resort.
- Manage reservations and bookings for accommodations, dining, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and sales leads in the resort database.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote resort offerings, packages, and special promotions.
- Assist in sales efforts by actively engaging with guests to upsell additional services, amenities, and packages.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and make recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct tours of the resort facilities for potential clients and assist in the sales process as needed.
- Stay updated on resort amenities, services, and local attractions to effectively promote and sell to guests.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as necessary.
- Uphold resort policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by resort management.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
