Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Salcette. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. They will oversee the daily sales operations, manage a team of sales executives, and build strong relationships with customers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

- Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
