Front Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Handling & Service**
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage check-in, check-out, and room allocation efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
**2. Reservation & Communication**
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
**3. Cashiering & Billing**
- Handle guest payments, billing, and maintain daily cash registers.
- Prepare guest folios, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
**4. Administration & Coordination**
- Maintain front office files, reports, and registers.
- Coordinate with the sales and reservation teams for group bookings or VIP guests.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for guest satisfaction.
**5. Standards & Grooming**
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area.
- Uphold the brand image of Harriet Hotels & Resorts through professionalism and courtesy.
Pay: ₹10,626.01 - ₹22,328.14 per month
