**Profile Introduction**:
As a Front Office Executive in our esteemed hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. You will be the face of our establishment, embodying hospitality and professionalism.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Relations**: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a warm welcome and farewell.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently, utilizing the hotel's reservation system.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- **Communication Hub**: Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to address inquiries and special requests.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage guest payments, process invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office and hotel management software.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle challenging situations, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Professional Appearance**: Well-groomed and presentable appearance
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
