**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Position - Admin executive**
**Location - Goa (On-site)**
**Experience - 2 -6 years**
**Salary - 25k - 35k**
**Working - 6 days**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping.
- Have to coordinate with Supplies
- Have to coordinate with potential customers.
- Have to coordinate for Hotel Bookings.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies, stationery and pop material.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
**Requirements: -**
- Experience in Office Management and Office Administration.
- **Any Bachelor Degree Graduate.**:
- Should possess an interest and passion to participate with dignity in all administration and office functions and activities and capable to put in action the requirements to achieve efficient, effective and timely contribution.
- Should have good communication and written skills in English.
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time proficiently.
- You should be proficient with MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Google Calendar.
