Role Overview

The Admin & Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling front office operations, travel and meeting coordination, and administrative support including basic HR coordination such as food count and staff arrangements. This role ensures smooth daily functioning of the office and provides support to multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Coordination

  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, courier management, and general correspondence.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, maintain the office calendar, and coordinate meeting requirements.
  • Arrange and confirm hotel, travel, and ticket bookings for employees and guests.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and vendors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office.
  • Support day-to-day admin operations, including petty cash handling and vendor payments follow-up.
  • Maintain and update administrative records and documentation.

HR & Staff Coordination

  • Share and update daily food count for staff with the vendor/caterer.
  • Coordinate food arrangements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist HR with onboarding arrangements — bank account opening, police verification
  • Support employee engagement activities - arranging birthdays, coordinating with the housekeeping

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
