**Job Title**: QA Food Technologist
**Location**: Bavla, Ahmedabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across all production processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards, etc.).
- Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain quality control during manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance and compliance.
- Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in food technology.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance in the food industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000).
- Proficient in quality testing methods and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
