Tainee Technologist

West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Assurance Trainee Technologist** to join our QA team at our shrimp processing plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform real-time, on-line quality checks during various stages of shrimp processing.
- Conduct sample collection, preparation, and analysis for microbiological, chemical, and antibiotic parameters.
- Accurately record and report all on-line quality analysis data to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain daily QA records and reports within internal systems.
- Assist in maintaining documentation required for internal audits, external certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Support the QA team in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

**Qualifications**:

- M.F.Sc. / M.Sc. in **Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Zoology**, or other **Life Science disciplines**.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards, microbiological testing, and laboratory protocols is preferred.
