**Job Title**: R&D Executive - Food Technologist
**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop new food products and improve existing formulations to meet market and customer demands.
- Conduct research on ingredients, processing techniques, and innovative product ideas.
- Design and execute trials to test new recipes and ensure product stability, taste, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up new products from concept to production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.) during product development.
- Evaluate raw materials and supplier samples for suitability and quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including formulations, processes, and test results.
- Stay updated on food industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Support the QA and production teams with technical expertise when required.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in R&D within the food industry is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredients, and processing technologies.
- Hands-on experience in product formulation and sensory evaluation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
