**Job Title**:R&D Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **R&D Executive** to join our pharmaceutical research and development team. The R&D Executive will be involved in **formulation development**, **process optimization**, **technology transfer**, and **documentation** to support new product development and existing product improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **design, development, and optimization** of pharmaceutical formulations (oral solids, liquids, injectables, etc.).
- Conduct **pre-formulation** and **compatibility studies** for APIs and excipients.
- Execute **laboratory trials**, prepare batch records, and maintain proper documentation of experiments.
- Perform **stability studies** as per ICH guidelines and monitor data trends.
- Coordinate with analytical, QA, QC, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance at every stage.
- Draft and review technical documents including **BMRs**, **MFRs**, **protocols**, and **reports**.
- Stay updated with industry trends, scientific literature, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **B-PHARM/ M-PHARM in Ayurveda.**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in pharmaceutical formulation or product development.
- Good understanding of **formulation science**, **process equipment**, and **regulatory guidelines** (e.g., ICH, USFDA, WHO).
- Experience with **oral solid dosage**, **liquids**, **topicals**, or **injectables** (as applicable).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scientific documentation.

**Location: POR GIDC**

**NOTE: - No Transportation facility.**

**AYURVEDA BACKGROUND IS MUST.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- POR, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
