ASM /Manager -Service
Role Overview:
Monitor the units' performance fixed with remotely by analyzing the data captured through Otis one OXP module. This position need sound knowledge of the new technology Otis elevator system, event log study and analysis. Solutions to the breakdown events and guidance to the field team to avoid the occurrence. Ensure customer satisfaction with quick turn-around and task completion
On a typical day you will:

- Otis one units remote monitoring
- Ensure 100% units are on-line. Interact with development and field team.
- Callback analysis. Monitor rebel, critical, RC units and reduction in callbacks
- Otis one BRE rules revision with data analysis
- Otis one units field Turn-backs resolution.
- Field training on Otis one view and improve adoption & deployment
- Start the remote intervention.
- Improve the T2 time and uptime for Otis one units
- Interact with WHQ team for the product improvements.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports
- To enhance customer experience through IoT service offerings.
- Manage customer requirements system integration, API or intelligence platform and providing solutions meet customer experience.
- Drive and participate Otis ONE field initiatives to improve field productivity.
- Leveraging IoT features and data on callback and precisely troubleshooting to drive callback reduction and T2 reduction

What You Will Need to be Successful:

- Preferred : Diploma/Degree - Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Required : Min. 5 year experience in Adjustment / Service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and basic networking
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Analytical skill and problem solving
- Computer skills
