**Looking for Customer Care Executive** ( In-bound Process )
**Shift Timings**: UK Shift ( 11.30 AM - 7.30 PM )
**Salary : 10 - 12 K**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our **UK Inbound Voice Process** team.

The role involves handling inbound calls from UK customers, resolving queries, providing information about products or services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer calls from the UK efficiently and professionally.
- Address and resolve queries related to products, services, billing, orders, complaints, or account information.
- Provide accurate information and support based on customer needs and company procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to compliance and data protection policies.
- Maintain records of conversations and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduation
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a voice process (UK/International) is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Language**: Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral or UK-friendly accent.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in UK business hours or rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software/CRM tools.

**Job Location**: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
