**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound international calls related to customer service, support, or sales.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
- Update customer information accurately in the system after each interaction.
- Adhere to quality and process guidelines set by the organization.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics like call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Work in rotational shifts and night shifts as per process requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO/KPO/ITES).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with US/UK/AU voice processes.
- Knowledge of sales/customer retention.
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant work experience.
