**Job Summary**:
**Experience**:Minimum 2 years (preferably with a Real Estate Industry)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction & Support**: Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and build rapport with prospective customers. Provide accurate information about ongoing projects, pricing, site details, and more.
- **Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams**: Work closely with sales executives, sourcing managers, and marketing teams to track and nurture leads through the funnel. Share timely updates and feedback for improving campaigns and conversion strategies.
- **Data Handling & Organization**: Maintain and update lead trackers, CRM tools, and internal dashboards with detailed follow-up status. Ensure timely documentation and reporting of client interactions and responses.
- **Sales Collateral Support**: Assist in creating or customizing brochures, project decks, and other materials required during client discussions.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate regular reports on lead quality, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion rates. Highlight key trends and recommend optimizations where necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English. (spoken and written)
- Strong follow-up discipline and client handling skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of sales funnels and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of responsiveness, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or client servicing role.
- Experience in real estate or a customer-facing sales environment will be an added advantage.
