Responsible for achieving the Air Product Plan and enhance Air product growth - HWL India. Responsible for achieving the HPL Product Plan and enhance HPL product growth for India. Negotiate Carrier pricing in close conjunction with Location heads & carriers to obtain competitive freights & establish service contracts with Airlines Manage Air Import/Export KPI process and provide management direction and support to operations to achieve compliance and service standards. Manage Air product process and provide management direction and support to All India Air Operations to achieve compliance, financial and service standards. Review Air Import and Export operations, conduct analysis to make recommendations to local and corporate management. Ensure that HWL India Air manpower structure is adequately manned with quality staff to manage the business Develop, implement, and maintain Air Training Module and impart Training to Sales and Operations. Ensure competitive pricing and prompt response to RFQ’s from Pricing Desk To have and maintain all the Air product MIS and reports in place, line client base, target cutomers, Volume details, sector performance, yied etc Perform audits regularly to ensure compliance with established policy and procedures. ‘Administer head’ for Air Operations escalation process-All India. Participate in industry related seminars and conferences to keep abreast of changes and developments in the market place. Monitor and develop the Key route development in Air product and also have rates in place in cordination wih overseas. Monitor the service performance of the Air products and have quality complicance in place. Closely monitor the Yeild and and Gross margin % to Revenue. Closely monitor the Choosen Airlines volume commitment to get the respect that we deserve in the market. Focus on Key Routes of Hellmann Cordinate with Vertical Heads for enhancing the Air Volume and Business Client Visit and Focuse on Aquisation of major Accounts Sales Lead Management Have Pricing in Place for Air Product Have Personal Target and genarate Gross Margin Visit support the branches to develop the product Review the Sales Funnel and focus on Top 20 Qualified accounts
