  • Freight negotiations with carriers for existing & new customers.
  • To keep track of and grow business from both current and potential customers.


• Overseas agent nomination.

  • Send quotation to the clients.


• Negotiations with overseas agent / co-loader.


• Track the closure & conversion of shipments.


• Seek out customer feedback and take appropriate action.


• To pursue competition, pricing, and volume switching to current clients


• Continue to maintain the liner, NVOCC, and forwarder tariffs.


• To analyse competition, rates, and volume transition to existing customer


• Increasing the customer base, acquiring new clients, providing client services, and fostering strong customer relationships
