- With exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll be supporting the management of a number of projects, products and programmes, enabling teams to focus on developing and delivering solutions and removing impediments

- This role is available at associate vice president level

**What you'll do**:
Supporting the Release Train Manager or Programme Manager, you’ll be planning activities by capturing and tracking the key programme planning outputs, including objectives, business value, milestones, risks and dependencies. As a PMO Officer, you'll facilitate the resource management process which will involve providing support and guidance to line managers, generating insight and identifying themes and trends to inform the leadership team on the resourcing activity. We’ll also look to you to collaborate well with others by cross sharing best practice and learnings with colleagues and adhering to all standards and policies as required.

You’ll also be:

- Reconciling headcount movements within teams and across the wider platform team, analysing movements and implications, creating and sharing insights with the platform leadership team and the central team
- Owning and managing the invoice process, investigating and resolving issues, making recommendations and implementing changes to avoid future recurrence
- Facilitating the purchase order process for product owners or release train managers, building an understanding and insight to their effect on the budget and financial forecasts to aid accuracy improvements
- Creating informed input and commentary on risk management, schedule management and outcomes using activity insight
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple domains, franchises and functions and at different levels of hierarchy

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multi-disciplined teams. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you’ll be able to challenge constructively, while developing and maintaining strong and open working relationships.

You’ll also need:

- A good understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience of working in an Agile team
- The ability to operate effectively within an environment of change and provide clarity and insight to complex discussions and debates
- Strong prioritisation skills across multiple work streams and a proactive approach to work
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to others
