**What you'll do**:
Day-to-day, you'll be managing PMO activities for the Intelligent Automation Team in the Shared Experiences and Digital Transformation function. This'll include handling financials, resourcing, vendor management and our view reporting.

Supporting the Release Train Manager or Programme Manager, you’ll be planning activities by capturing and tracking the key programme planning outputs, including the objectives, business value, milestones, risks and dependencies.

Your top priorities will include:

- Helping to develop and maintain roadmaps
- Working with multiple areas to manage business support and new initiatives and projects
- Ensuring an alignment between the financial reporting systems and project reporting systems and challenging any financial variances
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple domains, franchises and functions and at different levels of hierarchy
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

**The skills you'll need**:
We'll need you to have good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multi-disciplined teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, and you’ll be able to challenge constructively, while developing and maintaining open working relationships.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

- A good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team
- The ability to operate effectively within an environment of change and provide clarity and insight to complex discussions and debates
- Great prioritisation skills across multiple work streams
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to others
