He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) **Sales Trainer - MENA / IELTS : Leap** **About the role** We at Leap are looking to hire a sales trainer for the MENA vertical. It is a critical position that involves working closely with the stakeholders for training the New Hires, conducting On the Job Training, creating the training material. **Key Responsibilities**Work closely with the stakeholders to train the current team and the new hires.- - Managing the sales training charter for the sales team.- - Build the content & drive the training effectiveness ( train as per business metrics).- - Process training excellence - Build, monitor and improve processes.- - Stakeholder Management / Consensus Building - Align training as per business needs.- - Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends, tools, and techniques to ensure training material remains relevant.- - Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.- - Collaborate with product teams to ensure comprehensive product training for the sales force.- - Track and report on training activities and outcomes.- - Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas that may require additional training or support.**Qualifications**Previous sales experience, preferably in an edtech.- - Atleast 2 years of experience in training.- - Proven experience in sales training, instructional design, or a related field.- - Strong communication and presentation skills.- - Ability to design and implement effective training programs.- - Familiarity with training software and platforms.- - Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.- - Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.**Location -** HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore **What is Leap?** We are building this and this In short, we are building the platform to drive global careers for millennials from emerging economies We work at the exciting intersection of the 2 hottest trends around - edtech & fintech And we love that we succeed as a business while powering the dreams of talented students **How far along are we?** We are the leaders in our space by a mile We are backed by Sequoia, Jungle Ventures, Owl Ventures & Harvard - Read the latest fundraising news here **Who are we as people?** We have a lean, rockstar team.
