As a Sales Executive at LovenHeal, you will play a key role in promoting our holistic healing services, managing customer interactions, and facilitating the sales process. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills quickly in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Receive and manage inbound calls from potential customers.
- Greet customers warmly when they visit, and assist in scheduling appointments.
- Present and explain our services clearly to potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Professional attitude and presentable demeanour.

**Work Environment**:
This is an in-office role with limited flexibility for work-from-home options.
