Operations Executive

The Pharma Communication & Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication and coordination with Medical Representatives (MRs), field staff, and internal teams. The role involves handling official correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth information flow between field and office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Medical Representatives and field staff.
- Manage daily communication, queries, and updates from the field team.
- Draft, type, and circulate official communications, notices, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate between management and field staff for timely updates and instructions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of field staff reports as well as internal reports.
- Support the administrative needs of the pharmaceutical operations team.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Background in **pharmaceutical industry** (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Graduate (in **Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field**).
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical office coordination or field communication (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
