**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our e-commerce team in Sadashiv Peth, Pune. This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, logistics, or backend coordination especially within an e-commerce environment. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love solving day-to-day operational challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including:
○ Order processing and fulfillment

○ Inventory tracking and updates

○ Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
- Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain operational accuracy through efficient use of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other order management tools.
- Monitor shipping dashboards and troubleshoot delivery issues proactively.
- Generate regular reports on order status, inventory, and other operational metrics.
- Maintain backend documentation and records with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or back-office coordination, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic order tracking or ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent communication in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with jewelry-based products in an e-commerce setting will be a significant advantage.
- Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Unicommerce, shiprocket, eshipz, gokwik dashboard or similar tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
