Job brief
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tour Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of Experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients to create a comfortable schedule that meet their needs, you will be assisting with Travel Planning, includes Transportation,Convinient Schedule, Hotel accommodations and other types of arrangement that must be decided before departing the destination ,you will be handling all the tourism activities. Besides this you also need to plan and promote tours. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through forging strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing travel calendars
- Planning Tour as per the need of the client
- Communicating and coordinating with Hotel managers, Travel department
- Making sure the needs of all the tour staff and performers are met
- Sorting out any logístical issues whilst the group are on tour
- Making all travel arrangements
- Making all accommodation arrangements
- Ensuring all expenses are within the tour’s budget.
- Designing Brochures and invitations

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a **Tour Coordinator 3+ years minimum in Tourism industry**:

- Presentation Skill
- Proficiency in English and Local Language
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Important destination of the country and Travel Industry
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Bachelor/MBA in business administration or Hotel Management
- Languages known English & Local Country Language
- Must have passport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
