Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, tour guides, transportation providers, and other vendors. Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the tour planning process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of tour details, bookings, contracts, and client information. Prepare necessary documentation such as travel vouchers, itineraries, and invoices.

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering travel advice, and assisting with any issues or emergencies that arise during the tour. Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any complaints or concerns.

Coordination: Coordinate logistics between various parties involved in the tour, such as tour guides, drivers, hotels, and activity providers. Ensure smooth operations and timely execution of all elements of the tour.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all aspects of the tour, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, meet the expected standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
