**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build tools and macros using VBA to eliminate or reduce the manual intervention and improve the quality of the tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with macros and databases as they arise.
- Prepare reports as per the requirements, Daily/ Weekly & Monthly reports.
- Analyse data from databases and submit a summary report.
- Complete tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where needed.
- To attend and actively participate in meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements, which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency.

1. Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports and invoices.

2. Good knowledge and hands-on experience on advance Excel, VBA

3. Handling multiple reports / invoices, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

4. Updating various informative Dashboards on daily, monthly & weekly basis.

5. Generating & Preparing various Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports & billing / invoicing.

6. Identify the opportunities of automating billing, reports and dashboards using advanced formula and other techniques.

**Skills**:
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Advance Excel, VBA/ Macros & Internet navigation and research is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
