**Job Description-**
- Able to travel and visit manufacturing unit while production for inspection and whenever required.

Quality control

l Work in quality department to obtain adequate information on all factors affecting the products to ensure products are made according to the set of standard for quality control and quality assurance

l Sampling and testing of finished product and packed product

l Record Keeping

l Inspection of manufacturing process, production line and packaging machine to ensure quality of finished goods

l Have a desired knowledge and decision making capacity to ensure quality assurance of products

l Develop, implement, manage,audit and maintain GMP quality systems.

l Ability to critically evaluate and troubleshoot complex problems is essential.

l Strong hands on leadership and management skills with a - can do
- attitude

Quality Assurance:
l Develop, implement, manage, audit and maintain GMP quality systems.

l Coordinate and perform all vendor qualification and compliance audits.

l Develop, manage and maintain a GMP compliant document control system.

l Oversee investigations of all non-conformance (deviations, errors etc.).

l Ensure that cGMP requirements and quality standards are recognized, understood and maintained across the Company.

l Work across all disciplines (e.g. manufacturing, warehouse & QC, etc.) to ensure that the Company maintains a state of readiness for inspection by regulatory agencies.

l Keep abreast of changes to quality regulations and guidelines, advising the management team of any business implications of these changes. Lead, manage and ensure proper training to any relevant change management programs throughout the company.

l Provide quality guidance to product development projects and programs.

l Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external and internal customers, with respect to quality, service, lead time and cost.

l Ensuring the development of departmental SOPs (writing, revising and approving), ensuring regulatory compliance in conjunction with being - fit for purpose
- operationally and commercially.

l Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, company SOPs and Health and Safety policies.

l Ensuring that there is a self inspection programme in place which is communicated to Operations to meet the requirements of cGMP guidelines.

Knowledge & skills
- Hands on experience and in depth knowledge of quality management systems, developing quality related SOPs and its control
- Expedience in handling quality improvement projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft office package

Quality Operation
- Analysis of packaging material and Finished Goods and report to the head on the finding
- Inspect packaging materials received at units, market and report to head
- Communicate to the vendors on non conformist and issues.
- Ensure Online QC such as line startup/change over from water treatment to the final packing
- Co ordinate with other departments for all rejections and failure at unit
- Analyze samples received for customer/consumer complaint and provide report on findings to the head.
- MIS report preparation and submission to the head
- End of line defects
- Adherence to quality standards

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
