**Job Title**:Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
**Objective**:We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in a men's fashion retail store who is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. It typically involves managing and optimising interactions with current and potential customers.
**Responsibilities**:
1**. Customer Engagement**:Interacting with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and feedback.
2. **Database Management**:Maintaining an organised customer database with accurate contact details and purchase history.
3. **Personalization**:Using customer data to personalise communication and shopping experiences, such as recommending products based on preferences.
4. **Problem Resolution**:Addressing customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. **Promotions and Loyalty Programs**:Implementing and managing loyalty programs, promotions, and discounts to encourage repeat business.
6. **Feedback Collection**:Gathering feedback through surveys or other means to understand customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
7. **Collaboration**:Working closely with other departments like marketing and sales to align strategies and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
8. **Technology Utilisation**:Utilising CRM software and tools to streamline processes, analyse data, and optimise customer interactions.
9. **Sales Support**:Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer preferences.
10. **Training and Education**:Keeping the team informed about CRM practices and ensuring they understand the importance of customer relationship management.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
4. Strong english & hindi communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
6. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
7. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
8. A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of menswear trends.
9. Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
10. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
