**Role & responsibilities**
- We are hiring for IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter / Ghaziabad Location.
- Looking for min. 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Job boards: Naukri, and LinkedIn etc.
- Understanding the Job Description.
- Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Sourcing Resumes for the same Internal Database, Personal Contacts Job Portals References etc.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
