Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT (Majorly) and Non IT recruitment for permanent roles across various domestic clients.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and staffing partners.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines to fulfill current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closures and a high submission-to-selection ratio.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with internal hiring exposure.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and job roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Support, etc.).
- Experience in using ATS and sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
