**Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware Maintenance**: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals in the computer lab.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to lab users, including students, faculty, and staff, for issues related to computer hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
- **Lab Security and Access Control**: Monitor lab usage to ensure compliance with usage policies and maintain a secure environment, including enforcing access control measures and addressing any misuse or security breaches.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records of computer equipment, peripherals, and software licenses, and assist with inventory audits, asset tracking, and procurement as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain documentation of lab procedures, technical specifications, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals, and provide reports on lab usage, equipment status, and technical support activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with computer hardware, software, and peripherals, preferably in a technical support or lab assistant role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common computer issues, network connectivity, and printer configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and support to users of varying technical proficiency levels.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and lab resources.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
