**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quote Preparation**:
- Generate, prepare, and enter accurate quotes based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update quote records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Review and analyze customer specifications and requests to ensure all necessary information is included.
**Customer Communication**:
- Communicate with customers to clarify quote details, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to quotes in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Collaboration and Sales Support**:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide administrative support throughout the quoting process.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure quotes reflect current pricing and availability.
- Assist in pricing analysis to ensure competitive and accurate quotations.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of all quotes issued, including customer interactions, changes to quote details, and data entry tasks.
- Ensure all quote documentation is filed properly and is readily accessible for review and audits.
**Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for improving the quoting process and implement changes as needed to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management on potential improvements to quoting procedures and data management.
**Compliance and Accuracy**:
- Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, pricing strategies, and industry regulations.
- Verify the accuracy of quotes before they are sent to customers, checking for errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete data.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree.
- Strong **typing** and data entry skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role, sales support, pricing administration, data entry, or customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6:15 PM)
