**Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling customer inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, Planning ) to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Organize and attend meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Handle customer service issues and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales presentations and other sales-related materials.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator, sales administrator, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹8,712.83 - ₹31,133.82 per month
