**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote IT products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop detailed sales proposals and client presentations tailored to business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, reporting, and high-priority projects.
- Attend meetings, events, and conferences representing the company professionally.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the Director on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in IT sales or B2B solution selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute high-value tasks under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling confidential information.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
