We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our company as a Logistics Planner & Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating logistics for movement of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research for transporters for different locations and negotiate rates based on requirements.
- Develop relationship with transporters.
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services based on shipment requirements, delivery deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with transporters to convey shipment details, special instructions, and any changes to delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed reports of all trucks placed and check all bills.
- Handle deliveries and coordination with sales team for supply of materials
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Optimize routes and transportation methods to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Handle documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Communicate with suppliers to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes and resolve any logístical challenges.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed
- Good Proficiency in Excel is must require for tasks such as data analysis, creating reports, and managing inventory or production schedules efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Good qualification skills in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Past experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must have worked in logistics sector in Delhi/Haryana/UP
- Must have past experience of finding and dealing with transport companies.

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
