**Position Overview**

Xylem Learning is seeking motivated and student-focused **Academic Officers** to join our dynamic counselling and admissions team at our Mankavu, Kozhikode office. As an Academic Officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and their families through academic decisions, supporting enrolments, and contributing to the institution’s continued growth and success.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in academic counselling, education services, or consultative sales who are passionate about helping learners achieve their goals while meeting organizational targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with prospective students and their parents via inbound and outbound calls using the organization's internal lead database.
- Assess each student’s academic goals, interests, and challenges to recommend appropriate programs.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Xylem Learning’s academic offerings.
- Build lasting relationships with students and families through regular follow-ups and personalized support.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly enrolment and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to remain informed about current programs, policies, and promotions.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably within the education sector).
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Adaptable and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English proficiency is an added advantage.
